45 MINUTE CINNAMON ROLLS(makes 50- 60 rolls)

I usually make cinnamon rolls when I decide to make bread, so I just use whatever bread dough I am making(usually it is whole wheat)- cinnamon rolls can turn out great with whatever dough - I think the trick is to spread enough butter on top of the dough and be very generous with the brown sugar!!! -
you could use the "cool rise rolls" recipe I will post next - it is awesome dough for everything!)
but here is a good cinnamon roll dough recipe( I would probably use part whole wheat flour)
3 1/2 Cups warm water
3/4 cup sugar
1 TBSP salt
10 cups flour(sometimes I have to add a little more so it's not too sticky)
1 cup oil
6 TBSP yeast
3 eggs

mix all together and let rest 15 minutes. Roll out and spread melted butter on dough. Sprinkle(generously) with brown sugar and cinnamon, (raisins , grated apple). Roll and cut.
(3 ROLLS CUT IN 15-18 SLICES)
LET RAISE 10 MINUTES.
BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES @ 375(you may have to adjust time -look for golden brown on top)

ICING:(I never ice mine - I am generous with the brown sugar in the above steps)
2 oz. cream cheese
3 TBSP milk
2 cups powdered sugar
almond flavoring
