Lemon Chicken {crock pot}

8 Chicken breast halves
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
8 carrots, cut large

*stir together all the ingredients in a crock pot. Cook in the crock pot on low for 4 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
