TEXAS CAVIAR

From the kitchen of Scarlett Gustin
(Scarlett gave some of this to us for Christmas a few years back - I could eat this every day!)
Drain and Rinse:
2 15 oz cans Black Eyed Peas
1 15 oz can Black Beans
1 15 oz can Homini1
15 oz can Diced Tomatoes
Add:
1 small can diced green chilis
1 green pepper, seeded and diced
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 8oz bottle Italian Dressing
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix together in a large bowl and marinate overnight.
Serve with tortilla chips OR Frito scoops
Variations-Olives, Garbonzo beans, all kinds of beans work.
