my sister sent this recipe to me from a "Provident Living" article - the focus was on learning how to use Powdered Milk from your food storage..........
Combine :
3/4 C. sugar
3 Tbs. flour
1 Tbs. cornstarch
3 Tbs. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 C. non-instant dry milk powder (or 2 C. Instant)
Beat into 4 C. boiling water and cook for one minute.
Add 1/2 tsp. vanilla and pour into molds.
Small paper cups work well as molds. When partially set, put Popsicle stick or craft sticks into the center of each one. Freeze until hard.
